We import the lists needed to create an AP invoice such as GL account, vendor, and currency.

Which versions of MS Dynamics NAV are supported by Quadient AP Automation?

MS NAV 2018 (version 11) or later and Business Central On-Prem Version 13 or later.

Currently taxes are not supported.

Can I import purchase orders from MS Dynamics NAV to Quadient AP Automation?

Imported POs are not currently supported but you can create purchase orders in the Quadient AP Automation purchase order module.

What should I do when an approver is no longer working with my company and there are invoices and purchase orders waiting for their approval?

Using the approval delegation feature, you have the ability to permanently replace an approver with another approver so that any invoice or purchase orders can continue on their approval workflow. Once a permanent delegation is set, you can deactivate the approver.
